TEXAS-TYLER is the American Southwest Conference champion due to the conference tournament tie-breaker policy and earns an Automatic Qualification to the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

10.0 INCLEMENT WEATHER
10.1 If the ASC Softball Championship Tournament cannot be completed due to inclement weather or other unforeseen act, the following policy will determine the conference champion and automatic qualifier to the NCAA Division III Softball Championship (Game numbering follows Championship Tournament bracket numbering).
Inclement Weather/Championship Winner Determinant
1. If halted just prior to games 3 and 4: Number one seeds would fall into tie-breaker.
2. If halted just prior to game 7: Winner of games 3 and 4 would fall into tie-breaker.
3. If halted just prior to game 10: Winner of game 7 would automatically be declared champion.
4. If halted just prior to game 11: Two remaining teams would fall into tie-breaker.
Tournament Tie-Breaker (if needed for #1, #2, #4 above)
1. Head to head competition for the entire season
2. W-L percentage vs. conference tournament teams (using only regular scheduled conference and crossover games).
3. W-L percentage vs. entire conference (using only regular scheduled conference and crossover games)
4. Regional Rankings (immediately prior to the start of the tournament)
5. Coin Toss by Conference Commissioner.
